1. Terms of use

This website is intended to present the EasyManager software and its services. Accessing and browsing the site implies acceptance of these terms. The user agrees to make lawful and appropriate use of the site and not to carry out activities that may damage, disable or overload the site, or prevent its normal use.

UsinaSites OÜ may modify the contents and services of the site, as well as these terms, at any time and without prior notice.

2. Intellectual and industrial property

All the contents of the site (text, images, design, logos, the EasyManager brand and the source code) are owned by UsinaSites OÜ or by third parties who have authorised their use, and are protected by intellectual and industrial property law. Their reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation without the express authorisation of their owner is prohibited.

3. Personal data protection

Data processed: the data provided through the site's forms (contact, demo request, free trial and subscription), such as name, email, phone, company and the content of the message; as well as browsing data (described in the Cookies section).

Purposes: to answer the queries and requests received, manage demos and trials, provide and invoice the contracted service, and send communications related to the service.

Legal basis: the data subject's consent, the performance of a contract or of pre-contractual measures taken at their request, and the legitimate interest of UsinaSites OÜ in responding to the requests received.

Retention: the data are kept for as long as necessary to fulfil the stated purposes and for the applicable legal periods.

Recipients: the data are not shared with third parties except where legally required. UsinaSites OÜ uses providers that process data on its behalf as processors (hosting, email, the Stripe payment gateway and a video-call tool for demos), bound by the corresponding data-processing agreements.

Rights: any person can exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@easymanager.app. If they believe their request has not been handled properly, they may lodge a complaint with the competent data protection supervisory authority.

4. Cookie policy

This site uses its own and third-party cookies:

Technical or necessary cookies: essential for the site to work (session, security and preferences such as language).
Third-party cookies: from providers such as the Stripe payment gateway during subscription and, where applicable, analytics tools to understand how the site is used.

The use of cookies can be configured, allowed or refused from the browser settings. Refusing some cookies may affect the correct functioning of the site.

5. Communications to participants

The centers and organizations that use EasyManager may send, through the platform, communications to their own clients and participants by email, SMS and WhatsApp. UsinaSites OÜ sends these communications under the EasyManager brand and on behalf of the organizing center, which is responsible for their content and for the relationship with the participant.

These are transactional and informational communications related to a registration or booking: confirmations, payment reminders, notices of schedule or pickup changes and other service notifications. Participants provide their phone number and email address, and give their consent, when completing their registration or booking with the corresponding center.

SMS: message frequency varies depending on the activity. Message and data rates may apply. Recipients can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help, and can also write to info@easymanager.app. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

WhatsApp: messages are sent using templates approved by WhatsApp. Recipients can stop receiving them by informing the organizing center or by replying to the message itself.

Email: recipients can unsubscribe from non-essential communications through the link included in each email or by contacting the organizing center.

Participants' contact details are processed on behalf of the organizing center. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

6. Applicable law

These terms are governed by the applicable law. Any matter related to the site can be addressed to info@easymanager.app.
