This website is intended to present the EasyManager software and its services. Accessing and browsing the site implies acceptance of these terms. The user agrees to make lawful and appropriate use of the site and not to carry out activities that may damage, disable or overload the site, or prevent its normal use.

UsinaSites OÜ may modify the contents and services of the site, as well as these terms, at any time and without prior notice.

Purposes: to answer your queries and requests, manage demos and trials, provide and invoice the contracted service, and send you communications related to the service.

Legal basis: your consent, the performance of a contract or of pre-contractual measures taken at your request, and our legitimate interest in responding to your requests.

Retention: we keep the data for as long as necessary to fulfil the stated purposes and for the applicable legal periods.

Recipients: we do not share your data with third parties except where legally required. We use providers that process data on our behalf as processors (hosting, email, the Stripe payment gateway and a video-call tool for demos), bound by the corresponding data-processing agreements.

Your rights: you can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@easymanager.app. If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you may lodge a complaint with the competent data protection supervisory authority.
